The Haddam Killingworth telethon is an event that selects one charity every year and uses the show to gather funds for that group. This year, the school’s 23rd holiday show, the benefactor is the International Foundation for CDKL5 Research.
This years holiday show is being hosted live on December 23rd between 8am -12noon from Haddam Killingworth High School TV studio. The show will air live on Comcast Channel 18 and on this internet webcast. Encore presentations of the show will air between Dec 23rd and Jan 3rd every day at 8am and 7pm.
There are three ways you can donate.

There is currently a large database that is collecting a variety of information on the children and their families affected by CDKL5, and so far researchers have not found any specific factors that lead to this genetic mutation. As more people are diagnosed, and as more studies are done to look at the natural history of CDKL5, we may someday have a better answer.
The donations for this event are put towards research to find more about CDKL5 and hopefully, someday a cure.
