Not only did the Zumba for a Cure Zumbathon help raise awareness, it helped us raise $700.00 in ticket sales and donations!!!!!!!! Thanks to our church who allowed us to use their facility at no charge and my zumba instructor who immediatly volunteered her time and skills to help, 100% of the proceeds were dontated to IFCR!

Come join Juanjose and many others on dancing our way to a cure! We’re taking a fun approach at raising awareness. Burn calories with certified Zumba instructor Cynthia Deverea Ortiz and help find a cure to this devastating disease at the same time! All proceeds benefit the International Foundation for CDKL5 Research. Zumbathon will take place on Saturday April 14, 2012 @ 2:30pm, Holy Family Parish (562 Atrisco Drive SW, Albuquerque, NM  87105).
