MaryLouise Baker, friend of IFCR, hosted the 2nd Annual River Hopping for a Cure on July 11, 2010 in Mount Pleasant, Michigan.
 
She started this event to raise awareness about CDKL5 and to raise money for the International Foundation for CDKL5 Research. There were several community sponsors including, Buckley’s Mountainside Canoe, Mountain Town Station Steakhouse and Brewery, The Barn Door, and many others!
 
MaryLouise’s event was a huge success and a ton of fun! She raised $3000! The IFCR appreciates her fundraising efforts and wants to thank MaryLouise Baker and all of the other supporters and participants of this great event.
