THE HOPE SCHOLARSHIP was established in 2014 to help families affected by CDKL5 afford the IFCR’s family conference.

We are excited to announce that the IFCR has received funding to assist individuals and/or families to attend the 2nd IFCR’s International Educational Family Conference in Washington, D.C. June 26-28, 2014. The Hope Scholarship covers hotel accommodations for two nights, full convention registration for each family member and any local taxes or fees. Applicants should keep in mind that the scholarships do not cover transportation, hotel incidentals, and transportation to and from the hotel/airport or meals not provided as part of the convention registration. **THE DEADLINE TO APPLY IS May 15, 2014** Recipients will be determined by the IFCR Board of Directors, based on several factors including:

•  Financial Need
• Involvement in the CDKL5 community
• The essay portion of the application

In order to qualify for The Hope Scholarship, please complete the following application. This form may be completed by any CDKL5 family member or caregiver who wishes to attend the conference and would like financial assistance to do so. The Board will keep all information contained within this application in strict confidence. IFCR will notify you of your application status upon review of all applications and available funds.
